Reminder for Barker Library Book Club members

eBooks are here!

To search and select eBook titles, use Overdrive. This is the same service that you may already be using to download audiobooks. All EPUB & many PDF eBooks at this site are ready to enjoy on the Sony® Reader & other devices such as the Barnes & Noble nook™. Have another kind of eReader? For a list of Overdrive compatible devices, click here. Don't have an eReader, but are considering purchasing one? Click here for some good advise.
Overdrive eBooks require the installation of Adobe® Digital Editions software. For complete Overdrive eBook instructions, click here.
As always, you will need a Chautauqua Cattaraugus Library System card and PIN with an automated library in order to download titles. If you do not know your PIN, please contact us at (716)672-8051.

Wendy Corsi Staub Visit


On Tuesday, December 28, 2010, The Friends of Barker Library hosted a visit with local author Wendy Corsi Staub. Mrs. Staub spoke about her local roots, about her writing process and about her newest thriller Scared to Death. It was a wonderful event.
